Here is the procedure to make the payment on differentdesigner.in

1. Create an Account  or log into your account  first.
2. Add designs to the cart by selecting the buy now button.
3. Go to the  checkout page & verify your details. (Bonus – Apply coupon code if you have to get discounts)
4. Click on the make payment button, you will be redirected to the payment gateway page(Secure Page). Enter the payment details and make the payment from there.
5. After confirmation of payment, you will redirect back to the order success page & you will be able to download designs from  Downloadable products.

We accept payments via Credit Card/Debit Cards or Net banking from almost all banks.

However, this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

All credit cards, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use 3rd party payment gateway, they transfer your money and handover your payment to us safely, so do not worry about it. Most of the shopping site uses a 3rd party payment gateway to handle the secure transaction process, we also follow the same practice.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is borne by differentdesigner.in. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary. The service charges/fees and tax should be paid by you that are charged by your bank. If you select this payment method " International Credit Card ATOM " there is an additional charge called " Processing Fee + GST " by the gateway to process the payment, the charges will be displayed on the payment page so that you can check how much additional charges you are paying.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. If your account is debited and you are unable to see the download link on the download section of your account.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from differentdesigner.in but I have never shopped with differentdesigner.in. What do I do? If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on differentdesigner.in, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.
