Cancellation And Returns

The customer generally receives a refund When a product is Flagged with us as not Downloaded in our system. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding affiliate accounts. Due to the digital format Product of Embroidery Designs, when a product is returned the customer retains the product and, in many cases, the customer has received a benefit from the product before the return. In such cases, reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price.

In most cases, We are not providing a refund to customers as the digital product is there. Instead, we are providing the 10-time download for each product customer has purchased in their user account. So that if the customer has lost internet connection one or two times or it may be any other technical reason, he/she may download the purchased product directly from their account under the download section up to 20 times.

Our Registered Sellers are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our cancellation & return policy. If you find a product sold through with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention at ranjani@differentdesigner.inso that we may take corrective action.

REASONS WHY A PURCHASE MAY BE REFUNDED has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

·         If the seller of the product requests a return on the customer's behalf within 10 days of purchase if our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the return.

·         If the customer provides a valid report/screenshots that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized. For any other reason, deems appropriate.

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 48 hrs to have checked the product Download Status from your Purchase Account and another 48 hrs to initiate refund subject to Download System inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

How will I receive my Refund?

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of the payment method chosen by you, Pan India the refunded amount show with your account within 3-21 Days.

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delays for nationalized banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for a credit amount of more than INR-5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR-5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.
